Lab: complete report from validate lab artifact. Original Cyberlium.

Opening

Turn validation hygiene into a triage-ready report — one scope asset, one finding, full structure.

Using Validate Lab artifact on $LAB_BOUNTY or enrolled $PROGRAM (draft-only if not submitting live): write complete report — title, scope URL, summary, numbered steps, minimal proof reference redacted, impact, severity with rubric citation, suggested fix, data-touched disclosure. Compare against good vs bad checklist. Export markdown chmod 600. Do not submit to real program without final review and scope confirmation; do not include live tokens; do not copy-paste stranger reports. Optional: peer/mentor review request listing three clarity questions.

1. Report assembly

Pull validation pipeline checklist, proof attachment, asset map row into single document.

Title format: [Class] on [Asset] — short and searchable.

Command guide

Try these commands — Report assembly

Primary tools to practice this lesson: grep, curl. Reference sites: Report draft; In-scope asset only. Run every command in the box — install first, then the usage lines — only on YOUR lab / program scope.

2. Quality pass

Run good vs bad checklist; verify every step replays; redact again before save.

Impact matches demonstrated proof — trim theoretical chains if not shown.

3. Submission boundary

Live submit only if enrolled, in-scope, and program allows — otherwise label DRAFT in filename.

No public disclosure of draft with real company logos without permission.

4. What you ship: bounty report draft

Complete report draft + good/bad checklist passed + DRAFT or submit note.

5. What you record before the next lesson

Report lab draft path.

6. Wrong vs right: random sites vs in-scope program

Worked failure — same MSF word, opposite target. Right never needs a café Wi-Fi or classmate laptop.

  • Wrong

Paste validate lab proof with live cookies to public gist.

  • Right

Full report draft from validation lab. Next: quiz.

Mission: report lab

1) Assemble full report sections. 2) Pass good vs bad checklist. 3) Rubric severity + fix included. 4) chmod 600 DRAFT export.
