1. Agreement
By using Cyberlium (https://cyberlium.com), including lessons, labs, CTF challenges, Terminal features, and accounts, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Educational purpose only
Cyberlium provides cybersecurity education and intentionally vulnerable practice environments for learning. You must use all content, tools, labs, and CTF challenges only for ethical, lawful education. Attacking systems you do not own or lack permission to test is prohibited and may be illegal.
3. Accounts
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Sign-in currently supports Google / Gmail accounts for progress and XP.
- We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform, cheat leaderboards, or violate these Terms.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to Cyberlium systems.
- Do not scrape, overload, or disrupt labs, CTF, or Terminal services.
- Do not post malware, phishing content, or harmful material through community features.
- Do not use practice labs or Cloud Shell features against third-party targets without authorization.
5. Content
Curriculum, branding, and platform software belong to Cyberlium or its licensors. You may use the learning materials for personal education. You may not redistribute large portions of the curriculum as a competing product without permission.
6. Free service / no guarantees
Much of Cyberlium is free to use. Features may change, labs may be reset, and availability is not guaranteed. Learning outcomes and exam results depend on your own study — Cyberlium does not guarantee certification or employment.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cyberlium is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or misuse of security techniques learned here.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date above will change when we revise this page.
