1. Important Warning: Educational and Defensive Purpose Only

All content, tutorials, video lectures, source code, interactive labs, CTF challenges, terminal environments, and cybersecurity tools published on Cyberlium (https://cyberlium.com) are developed exclusively for authorized educational, defensive, and security auditing purposes.

Accessing, probing, scanning, exploiting, or attacking any computer system, server, database, wireless network, or digital infrastructure without prior, explicit, and written permission from the authorized owner is strictly illegal under international cybercrime laws, including the United States Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA), the UK Computer Misuse Act, and corresponding penal codes worldwide.

2. The White-Hat / Ethical Standard

Cyberlium trains defenders, white-hat security researchers, penetration testers, and system administrators. Technical cybersecurity skills are dual-use by nature: the same knowledge required to protect a corporate network is also used by attackers to breach it. We firmly believe that the distinction between a criminal attacker and a professional security engineer is authorization, intent, and adherence to the law.

By using this platform, you pledge never to employ any techniques, scripts, or concepts acquired on Cyberlium to conduct malicious activity, disrupt services (such as Denial of Service attacks), steal personal credentials, or compromise systems without verifiable legal consent.

3. Sandboxed & Simulated Practice Environments

All practical demonstrations, web vulnerabilities (such as SQL Injection, Cross-Site Scripting, and Directory Traversal), and Capture The Flag targets provided within Cyberlium are hosted in strictly isolated, synthetic sandbox containers. These environments are intentionally configured with known vulnerabilities for educational practice. They contain no real-world sensitive data and are completely decoupled from external production networks.

4. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Cyberlium, its authors, instructors, contributors, or affiliated partners be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the misuse, improper application, or illegal deployment of any information, code, or tools found on this website or associated applications.

Every user is solely and individually responsible for their own actions and must comply with all local, national, and international laws governing telecommunications, computer security, and electronic privacy.

5. Responsible Disclosure Program

We practice and advocate for coordinated vulnerability disclosure. If you discover a vulnerability or security bug in any software, device, or system during your professional research, we urge you to report it directly to the affected vendor or organization through official vulnerability disclosure channels (VDP / Bug Bounty programs) and allow reasonable time for patching before public discussion.

If you identify a security issue within Cyberlium's own digital assets, please report it to us immediately at [email protected].
